What do you do with all your yarn scraps? I have a habit of leaving extra long tails (better to be safe than sorry) so I always have quite a bit left over so I started a collection. I hated throwing away perfectly good yarn even if I didn't really know what to do with it. Then, one day... *Lightbulb* I can use it for stuffing!! Sweet deal! So now I continue to save every bit (usually in a coffee can but thought you might enjoy a pretty picture) so when I make small projects, I have stuffing! You can't tell me this isn't a fantabulous idea!
Are you bored? Don't be! I love to Crochet, Upcycle (Think Green People!) and do other random silly crafts to make me and other people smile! Follow along with the ideas I find and come up with!
Crafts isn't my only hobby. I love helping animals and work with local animal rescues. I have trapped and fixed several feral cats in my neighborhood to help reduce the number of homeless pets. I have attended local Animal Awareness events as part of Animal Hugs, a group created under Mattyvision.com.
I also get fantastic "Green" ideas from my sister! She is very organic and sometimes over the top about it! =) From cloth diapers for my nephew to coconut oil for dry skin. She always has new info to share and I hope to get her involved as a Guest Blogger so she can share with you as well!
